John Siveyer and said (?) under Oath that he is of the parish of Saint George Bloomsbury in this County of Middlesex a Batchelor aged upwards of twenty one years and intendeth to marry with Elizabeth Hickx who hath had her usual place of abode for the space of four weeks last past in the parish of Saint Mary MBone in this County Spinster aged upwards of twenty one years

not knowing or believing any Impediment by reason of any Precontract Consanguinity or any other cause whatsoever to hinder the said intended Marriage And he prayed a Licence for them to be Married in the Parish Church of Saint Mary MBone in the County of Middlesex aforesaid
